Mr Shervington operates a legal practice in Western Australia. He specialises in the laws regulating companies and the securities industry in Australia. Mr Shervington has 30 years experience as a lawyer, gained since his admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Mr Shervington has since 1985 served as a director of various ASX listed companies as well as a number of unlisted public and private companies. Mr Shervington is currently also a director of the following ASX listed companies: Australian Zircon NL, Prairie Downs Metals Limited and Horseshoe Metals Limited.

Mike Krzus is a petroleum industry executive with over 29 years experience managing technical and business areas in upstream oil & gas, LNG and geothermal. He holds a Diploma in Oil and Gas Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a BSc. in Petroleum Engineering from Tulsa University. Mr Krzus started his career as a reservoir engineer with Home Oil in Calgary, before joining Woodside Petroleum in 1986. During his 22 years with Woodside Mr Krzus held various management and executive roles in Business Development, Business Planning, Joint Venture management LNG project planning and oil and gas field development, including a four year secondment to Shell, leading oil and gas field development teams in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Emerald in February 2009, Mr Krzus was Executive Director of Terratherma, a geothermal exploration company.

Mr John Hannaford

Mr Hannaford is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in various corporate roles within the resources sector in Australia, Asia and Europe. He has been involved with a wide range of companies including listed oil and gas explorer and producers, oilfield construction groups and various gold and mineral exploration companies. In 2004, Mr Hannaford established Ventnor Capital, to provide specialist corporate advice to companies within the resources industries. Prior to establishing Ventnor Capital, Mr Hannaford provided various administrative, corporate and strategic financial advice to resource companies and was a Company Secretary or Financial Controller for many of these companies. Mr Hannaford is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Mr Hannaford is currently also a director of Monterary Mining Group Limited and Strickland Resources Limited.

Mr McAndrew Rudisill

McAndrew Rudisill has 10 years of investment management and investment banking experience in the natural resources sector. McAndrew Rudisill is the Managing Partner and founder of Pelagic Capital Advisors LP, a US based investment firm. Pelagic has extensive experience investing in commodities and global natural resources, and often provides strategic advisory and financing to resource development companies. Prior to forming Pelagic Capital Advisors LP, McAndrew was a co-founder and Managing Partner of BrightStream Asset Management which focused on investments in natural resources. Before co-founding BrightStream, McAndrew was a Managing Director at North Sound Capital where he was responsible for investments in global natural resources. McAndrew’s investment career began at JPMorgan, where he worked as an investment banker. McAndrew graduated cum laude with high honours in economics from Middlebury College in the United States. McAndrew serves as an Executive Director of ASX Listed, Rico Resources Ltd. (RRI.AU).

Nathan Featherby has 9 years of investment banking and natural resource investment experience. Mr Featherby is a co-founder of Ochre Management Pty, a Western Australian merchant bank which focuses on corporate advisory and proprietary investments in small to medium capitalization mining and exploration companies. Prior to joining Ochre Management Pty, Mr. Featherby was a stockbroker and independent financier in Australia with a specialization in resources. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, Western Australia and serves as a Director of Rico Resources (ASX:RRI).

Mr Morgan Barron

Morgan Barron is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in various corporate roles both in Australia and Europe.
Whilst at Ventnor Capital Pty Ltd he has been involved in a number of director and company secretarial functions and ASX junior transactions. Mr Barron is currently a director of ASX listed Epic Resources Ltd. Mr Barron holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Mr Barron provides a strong commercial, financial and management background.
