Emerald's most valuable assets are its Green River Basin interests in Colorado and Wyoming, particularly its large acreage holding over the Niobrara Continuous Shale Oil accumulation. Emerald's primary business objective is to prove and develop shale oil resource plays to generate maximum value for Emerald shareholders.
